其實egg benedict很容易做
English muffins
我本人比較喜歡用smoked salmon (或可以用雞肉/bacon)
vege 可以用 baby spinach (或喜愛的菜 ie/ 生菜)
當然少不了蛋囉~ 


Hollandaise sauce:
  -  1/2 cup butter; melted
  -  2~4 egg yolks
  -  2 tbl lemon juice
  -  2 tbl warm water
  -  salt & pepper to taste
In a saucepan, beat the egg yolks until smooth
Gently add the rest of the ingredients
Cook over low heat; constantly stirring until thickened
(OR you can just buy them from supermarket)
