ingredients
  
     Tart Shell
          125g butter
           50g icing sugar
           2 eggs
           250g flour
 Beat butter & icing until creamy - add eggs - mix well - fold in flour
 Roll dough into thin skin & cut out small round shapes - line into small tart mould and press down gently
 Bake @ 170'c for 15 minutes or until light golden brown

     Pastry cream
           lite cream cheese
           1 tspn icing sugar
           1 Tbspn lemon juice

     Garnishing
           your own desire fruits
